As per Vision 2021, the Department of Livestock has initiated various initiatives to fulfill the target of milk, meat and egg in order of 150 ml / day, 110 gram / day and 104 / year respectively. To achieve the desired development goals by 2020-21 Disease control, monitoring, improvement of quality of medical services and establishment of Disease Investigation Laboratory. . Cow-buffalo variety development through expansion of artificial breeding activities for the production of dairy and meat-rich cattle. Expansion of improved grass farming, extension of TMR technology and animal feed quality control laboratory to increase animal feed supply. Apart from ensuring the sustainable production of livestock, besides ensuring the safety of animal meat, ensuring the safe livestock needs of the people, increasing the export income and ensuring the expected socioeconomic development by taking part of the Aadha community
